These terms apply to your use of the products and services provided by Primate AI, Inc. (doing business as “Primate Intelligence”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) at primateintelligence.ai (the “Service”). Our full terms of service are coming soon; the section below is effective now.

Session Recording and Content Use

When you use the Service’s streaming or analysis features, we record and retain your sessions. This includes every prompt you submit and the video processed during a session — including frames from your camera or from video you upload — whether or not you use an in-product record button, and whether you are signed in or using the Service anonymously.

We retain this content and use it to provide and operate the Service, to analyze quality and safety, and to train and improve our models. Session content is stored on access-controlled infrastructure and handled as described in ourPrivacy Policy.

By starting a streaming session or submitting a prompt, you consent to this recording, retention, and use. If you do not agree, do not use the streaming features. To request deletion of your session content, emailprivacy@primateintelligence.ai — see our Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.
